START HERE IF YOU ARE READY TO MOVE FORWARD

A one-minute check before
you secure a spot.

The room is intentionally small and built for athletes who already know the gym, are ready for direct coaching, and want to improve. Complete the quick fit check below. If the basics align, you will continue directly to registration.

This helps us keep the room focused and helps families

avoid investing in an experience that is not right for their athlete today.

The work is going in.
The result is not showing up the way it should.

Your athlete may already be consistent. They may follow a program, listen to their coach, watch training content, and care deeply about getting better. That effort matters.

But a live lift can hold details that a training plan, a video, or a familiar gym routine does not fully reveal. A small position, timing issue, or preparation habit can stay hidden long enough to become normal. Then the athlete keeps working, but the same lift keeps asking the same question.

That is not a failure of effort. It is a sign that the work may need a closer look.

WHY THIS CAN CHANGE THE LOOP

Repetition builds confidence—when it is reinforcing the right pattern.

Each session teaches the athlete something. When a detail is working, repetition strengthens it. When a detail is off, repetition can make the pattern harder to recognize and correct.

The Strength Advantage Blueprint gives the athlete a different kind of training day. Tamara watches six athletes at a time. She can observe the lift, point out what may be getting missed, give an adjustment, and see what happens when the athlete applies it. That is very different from hoping the next training block, tip, or video comment solves the problem on its own.

A lift that keeps stalling or feeling inconsistent
Technique, setup, timing, and execution
A strong work ethic without a clear next adjustment
Coaching feedback they can apply in the moment
Good training habits that need a more complete standard
Warm-up, accessories, recovery, mindset, nutrition, and preparation
The next level of seriousness in the sport
Lifter IQ, etiquette, coachability, and training-room standards

Built for the athlete who is ready to put feedback to work.

This Intensive is for boys and girls ages 13–18 who already have gym and powerlifting experience, are serious about improving, and can receive direct coaching without ego.

Strong fit:

  • Trains consistently and understands the primary lifts
  • Wants help with a recurring issue, plateau, or next-level goal
  • Willing to listen, adjust, and support the room

Not the right fit today:

  • Brand new to lifting or unfamiliar with gym navigation
  • Mainly interested in a photo or proximity to Tamara
  • Currently injured or not cleared for strenuous training

WHY TAMARA Walcott

The value is not just access to Tamara.
It is access to what she notices.

Tamara Walcott is a three-time Guinness World Record holder and all-time world-record-holding powerlifter. Her achievements were built through repetition, discipline, and attention to the details that change a lift.

That experience matters here because it gives young athletes a credible coach who can recognize what may be getting missed and help them work through it in real time. The room is also shaped by standards that matter beyond the bar: effort, focus, coachability, safety, and how an athlete supports the people training beside them.

built around your athlete’s next step.
